If you thought our last production
of Mary Poppins was magical, just wait until you see what’s coming next.
This November, Baltimore audiences are in for an unforgettable theatrical
experience as My Fair Lady takes the stage for three exciting
performances on November 14, 15, and 16 at the beautiful Panther Theater.
My Fair Lady is one of Broadway’s most beloved
musicals, filled with unforgettable songs, dazzling dance numbers, and a story
that audiences have adored for generations. With classics like “Wouldn’t It Be
Loverly,” “The Rain in Spain,” and “I Could Have Danced All Night,” the
show is packed with music that will have you smiling, tapping your feet, and
maybe even humming all the way home.
But what makes this production
especially exciting is the incredible talent behind it. A phenomenal team of
directors, choreographers, and creative staff are already hard at work bringing
this musical to life. Their vision, creativity, and dedication promise a
production that is lively, polished, and bursting with energy. From
choreography to staging to vocal performance, every detail is being carefully
crafted to create a show that feels truly spectacular.
And then there are the performers. Baltimore
is filled with extraordinarily talented women, and this show is a chance for
that talent to shine. The stage will be filled with powerful voices, dynamic
dancers, and performers who bring heart, humor, and personality to every scene.
Watching these artists come together to create something magical is always
inspiring, and being part of it is even more so.
More than anything, this production
is a celebration of creativity and community. It’s about bringing people
together through music, storytelling, and performance. It’s about showcasing
the remarkable artistic talent right here in Baltimore. And it’s about giving
audiences a chance to enjoy something joyful, uplifting, and truly
entertaining.
Stardom Talent this year has chosen
to partner with two incredible organizations, JCN and Chazkeinu.
Chazkeinu’s mission is to provide
peer-led, professional, and rabbinic support to every Jewish woman with mental
health struggles, fostering a compassionate sisterhood that transforms
isolation into connection and self-stigma into acceptance. It offers empathy,
encouragement, and empowerment to create a safe space where women can heal,
build resilience, and find a sense of belonging, transforming personal
struggles into shared strength and hope.
For over 29 years, the Jewish
Caring Network (JCN) has provided long-term support and relief for families
facing life-threatening and life-changing illness from onset through treatment
and recovery, reflecting the care and compassion of the entire community.
Thirteen years ago, JCN built Tikva House as part of its global outreach,
welcoming Jewish patients and their families from around the world who travel
to Baltimore for treatment at Johns Hopkins Hospital and the Kennedy Krieger
Institute. Located one block from Hopkins, Tikva House is a world-class kosher
hospitality home that has hosted over 10,000 guests, offering families
comfortable accommodations and delicious kosher meals in a warm, caring oasis
during their medical journey.
